Slow service and burger and fries were bland
Ordered dinner for delivery, their website took our order and our money. After an hour with no delivery, we started calling the store and no answer. Drove there and they're closed!! Why is your system still taking orders if you're closed? Turn your order system off!
Dear Google review reader. Do not even enter this place I have never ate at the burger factory. I thought I would try it tonight. The server was so rude. He basically said to me what do you want with a very rude and confrontational demeanor? I don’t know how this place has any customers all I wanted to do was try this place and he was so rude and mean stay away
Placed an order via uber eats and canceled by mistake. Immediately called the place to ask to reinstate the order. Person on the phone said he will call back but instead thought it was a lot more appropriate to keep hanging up every time I called.
