Amazing experience overall! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we will definitely visit again.
Visited Burger Factory with my family recently and we had such a great experience. The restaurant was busy but the waiting time was still reasonable and the staff served everything quickly. We ordered both chicken and beef burgers and both were really tasty. The chicken burger was soft and flavorful, while the beef burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. I had an amazing experience at Burger Factory! I went there with my family of six, and the wait time was fairly short while the service was very quick and efficient. We tried both the chicken and beef burgers, and they were absolutely delicious. The chicken was very tender, the bread was soft and fresh, and the beef patty was juicy and full of flavor. If I can rate 0 stars I would. This is was the worst experience in my life! We waited over 40 minutes for our food and there was absolutely no one on the restaurant. All we hear is chattering and talking. Then the food was finally ready and there was no napkin and no one was at the counter to ask for some. We had to take toilet paper to use to wipe our hands. Also to note, the sinks were all backed up and so dirty and unkept. Owner, if you’re reading this you must do something or you will never see us here again.
