Burger Factory in Sarnia serves delicious, juicy burgers with great flavors. The staff, especially Aavash and Jenish, are friendly and provide excellent service. A great spot for a tasty meal!
I waited so long to try this place was excited only to be let down. My poutine was cold and when I said something the girl behind the counter said it was because the cheese is from the fridge. Really. I don't think she even made it before. The burger was small. Wasn't worth $67 for 3 people.
Food was "OK!", service about the same. Had a combo meal, limited drink selection and the burger was "Just ok", toppings etc were fresh but meh.... wasn't blown away by the taste or presentation. with a modest tip I was into the $30.00 range for an OK burger and small helping of fries and a can of pop. for me, likely a one and done visit.
I dined in. Burger was cold and fries were day old. Wait time was 30 min as they served skip orders first.
