So I didn’t have the best experience while ordering form here bc they gave my order to another person in and the other person figured out that the order wasn’t his and gave it back. Fries were rock solid basically frozen… The sauce was missing from our order The managment and staff were arguing in front of me… And we waited over 45 minutes for our food… Don’t recommend coming here
Signature factory sauce seems to just be mayo and ketchup mixed together. Too much sauce, not much flavour to burger, bacon very dry. Ordered online, so quality is always a bit different. But ingredients mixed up on both burgers ordered. I unfortunately will not order from here again. Missing too may elements. Flavour, quality, wrong order All the opinion of one person, but think its important to share so things can maybe change for the better.
Had such a great experience at Burger Factory! The owner and staff were super nice, welcoming, and really accommodating. They made sure we had a table right away and even gave us some free tornado potatoes, which were delicious. The owner made the atmosphere really fun and since we were the last ones there, he turned up the music and we ended up having a little dance party. It was such a good time with great food and even better people. Highly recommend!
Very sweet owner and service was exceptional! Food is amazing too! I got a juicy lucy on fire with gluten free bun and it was better from other locations!
