Great, made to eat burger. Nobody at the register tho. Service is terrible but this is a good quick burger once you actually get service.
Stone cold burger and fries. Got new fries, still cold. Rude staff, no apology. Only upside was the manager appeared in a timely fashion to process a refund.
Nobody here and it took 45 minutes to get my food which was horrible. The 3 ladies working were just gossiping and having a grand old time while I’m just sitting here waiting. Horrible and disgraceful customer service and these 3 ladies should not have jobs.
Disappointing. Burger tasty but bun was cold, as in fresh from the fridge cold. Onion rings were burned...literally as in partially charcoaled breading.
This place used to be good. I would drive all the way over to this casino just for the burgers. Now, the personnel have a bad attitude. They wish you were not there. They told one of the customers that he had to get his burger to go because they would close in a half hour. No other customers. They do not put all the menu says on the burger. You have to ask.
