I cannot find a current picture of their menu to confirm but I ordered a #6 mushroom and swiss upsized (about $13?) with a medium shake at $6.50 and was asked to sign a receipt which by my math is about $20. I was asked to sign a receipt for my credit card which was itemized - I did not give a tip but did not fill it out either. A final non-itemized receipt was given that came to $24.
