I had a very disappointing experience with Paul Burger this morning. I called to discuss the potential listing of a commercial property, and when I mentioned my name, Ali Turfe, he mentioned my last name twice and asked if I knew an individual with the same last name. His tone immediately changed, and he became very rude and condescending. John was great to work with. He was super patient with me on negotiating with an office in Livonia for my mortgage business. He helped me secure the best rate on an office/commercial lease. I noticed he was extremely collective in my crazy negotiation offers and he just put his head down and got the deal done. Thanks again John!
