WORST EVER EXPERIENCE at Burgate dental practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. I saw Dr. Zeynab Al Shabib, who initially assured me that no extractions would be necessary and talked me through a suitable treatment plan. However, at the second appointment, she changed her advice and said I needed to have my impacted third molars extracted, which was a complicated case. Just saw Theodore and he was fantastic. Explained to me everything and was very thorough. A great practice that put the patient at their heart, not their pockets. Highly recommend.
I have recently had 2 root canal appointments and can honestly say I couldn't have been treated any better. I only experienced very mild discomfort after both sessions (despite fearing the worst after all of the horror stories) and have never felt so at ease in the dentist chair. I would highly recommend this very professional, practice.
