George Wallace is the “property manager” of my building at 3001 and 3003 green acres drive. My building is infested with cockroaches. Whenever I reach out to him he avoids my calls and never returns them. I tried telling him about my situation and he responded by calling me juvenile for wanting a sanitary living space. It is mind blowing how he got the title of property management while doing no management of anything. He is very difficult to work with and has terrible costumer service! If I could rate him 0 stars I would.

reached out multiple times and George Wallace was very hard to get a hold of to see a property, when I finally did get a hold of him he made me fill out an application. after filling out the application and meeting every threshold I asked him when the showing could possibly happen, he said he will check his schedule and let me know and then never reached back out. Complete waste of my time. Terrible experience and company. Do not recommend
