well there is alot of favortisim...i got demoted from my team leader position because someone that knew someone higher up wanted it. they dont care about you at all.. ive been told to stay after even if i didnt have a ride home. it seemed like they tried to do whatever they could so i could lose my position. i know i always did my job and extra. they always told us, as team leaders that we should just be watching and making sure thay each person had what they needed... but i waa expected to do way more..and as i was leaving ... read more

Upper managment seems to be most impoetant to the xompany the people on the floor gets very little and seems to be worse than ever if they treated and cared about they employees more prob would be a much better plce there is nobyearly reviews no retirement offered we hve a syaffing company that has an offuce thete and anywhere from 5 to 15 ppl are walked through a week for jobs highest turnaround of pple ive ever seen and im 48 like i said if they cated as much bout the ppl on the floor it co uhh ld be a decent place to work
