I had to plan my dad's service. Dawn Burg was professional, caring, had empathy, and was very kind and supportive. She took it step by step, answered all questions and concerns. The day of the service Catherine went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The care, compassion, and kindness she showed us was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this funeral home for all your service needs. Thank you to all the staff. You made a difficult time bearable.

I attended this funeral home for my great-grandmother's funeral. To put it bluntly, it was a disaster. Guests were asked minutes before the casket was loaded to be pallbearers, there was little to no direction given at the burial itself- which was little more than a tent with old tires piled around it- they didn't even lower the casket while we were present. One of the worst experiences of my life. I feel so sorry for the employees. I should of taken our pre-arrangement to another funeral home. Shop around and be cautious of Dawn and Earl Burg.

The absolute most unprofessional, unsympathetic and ignorant business I've ever entered. Witnessed owner (assume Earl - elderly, skinny man) initiate verbal confrontation and physically assaulting a guest who was attending viewing. This place is in dire need of training to remain in the business; otherwise - shut it down!

Burg Funeral Home is a very beautiful well decorated funeral home. The staff is very professional, caring, very accomadating and helpful. Highly recommend this funeral home to everyone.

I have attended family funerals at Burg in Red Lion since early 1972 when I was a child and every decade since. I remember it being so serene. My great grandparents, and grandparents, my aunts and uncles and now just this month (Nov 08) my father all had arrangements through Burg Funeral home. My parents had made pre-arrangements many years before and that was a blessing and comfort.
