Burg CrossFit Sunbury is an amazing gym to be part of! Everyone is so welcoming. Coach Emily is so patient and encouraging. She takes the extra time to answer questions and walk through anything you need help with. She ensures that everyone understands before moving on. Coach Emily is the best!

I stopped in for an open gym session while training for Hyrox, and it was perfect for what I needed! The gym had everything I needed, the setup was really convenient and easy to navigate. Great setup and a really nice space, I would definitely come back!

Burg CrossFit Sunbury has such a great group of members and coaches who encourage and enjoy bettering everyone that walks in. From young to old, this is for EVERYONE—no matter your fitness level, there is something for everyone! The motto is keep moving and do YOUR best. They’re always willing to work with you. Very popular gym with plenty of personal trainers available. And it’s FUN!!!!!! :)

Burg CrossFit Sunbury is very popular here and I like that they follow local fitness trends. Jimmy is a great coach and breaks down the workout easy and makes it so simple. Plus gives alot of motivation during the workout as well! You can do weight loss or strength training there, which is pretty cool. Plus the coaches and other members are also so great! This gym is a big family and they all share the same goals no matter what it is.

Amy was great, clearly explaining the warm-up and workout while checking in on everyone. The welcoming atmosphere and encouraging members made it a really positive experience. I also appreciated the refreshment bar you can purchase drinks from before or after the workout. Great place!
