My husband and I recently joined Burg CrossFit in Sunbury. The coaches and community at this gym are incredible. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and encouraging. If you are looking for the next best decision for your health it would certainly be to join this gym.
Amy and Jake have given this 47 year old guy a warm welcome to their Cross Fit family. The hands on coaching and the direction I've received was provided with concern for my personal physical condition. It's evident to me they want me to have long term success.
