Dylan was good at his job, they knew exactly what was wrong and installed the new sump pump. It did not seem to take very long.
Great customer service! They came to our aid outside of regular service hours and went above and beyond.
The technician who visited our home was thorough and easy to talk to. He provided maintenance for our furnace and helped my husband troubleshoot problems we are having with air quality in our home. We highly recommend Burford Plumbing and Heating.
I got one good winter out of this furnace been without heat for 2 weeks now and they want me to wait 5 more days for them to look at it ..please research companies before you spend your hard earned money with them, something i did not do !!!! i have a cold now and missed a whole days work !!!!!
Props to Derek and Dylan! They showed up on time, and got right down to business. They completed a full installation of a new water heater system for me, in the middle of winter. And they did it with respect and a smile on their faces. Even while our Chihuahua was kindly reminding them who's house it was for 5 hours. Great work gentlemen. Buford Plumbing and Heating will continue to have our business.
