The death of anyone close to you is a hard and trying experience. The staff, including the manager Don, was extremely helpful to us during this time. We had prearranged the cremation and all the information, since two of the three next of kin lived out of state, and when the time came for my father to pass, it all went incredibly smoothly. Don and the team worked with me to get my father's obituary posted in the local paper, on the area tv channel, as well as my father's home town paper in Kentucky. During my grandmother’s service, my cousin’s one year old daughter was laughing and making noises loudly. Not wanting to draw attention away from the service, she stepped outside and I followed her. The funeral home had the ceremony over a speaker system throughout the building, which was extremely helpful. We sat outside with the doors shut waiting for her to quiet down to go back in.
