If there was a 0 star that’s what they’d get from me, processed my payment quickly as possible and that was the last I heard of my sample, received no tracking number , was told to make a LOANS account to keep up with the sample , but didn’t receive any updates on my sample , had to call everyday to make sure it was being processed , and didn’t get a notification when it was, I had to make sure I kept calling and had them send it to me through email, didn’t even use their app they made me apply for to get “my results”
