I was only able to solve my problem with their help when they stepped in and the auto shop issued a check. The investigator on my case also advised me to follow up with the shop whether the check was cashed by my insurance within 2 months and if I take it to court, he would testify on my behalf. The check was cashed by my insurance and has now been reimbursed by my insurance. Thank you BAR.

If I could give zero starts I would! The bureau of automotive repair is more crooked then the smog shops!
