My son was in town for a wedding from Chicago. His suit had been lost by the airlines along with shoes, shirt and tie. He went to Bureau thinking they could help and was treated extremely rudely and spoken to in an insulting way because he wasn’t aware that all of their clothing is custom made. What a terrible way to treat a potential customer and someone from out of town. I have five successful sons and none will ever shop here.
