I do competition barbecue and I have been doing it for about five years now. So when it comes to barbecue, I’m pretty much a snob and I won’t give a lot of barbecue a good recommendation unless it’s a 10 out of 10. Last night, my wife brought home some barbecue from Burdy’s‘s barbecue and OMG it was good. If these guys were to do competition, they would win every time. Their food is absolutely the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time.
Amazing custom smoked meat. They catered three of my family events and EVERYONE raved about the tenderness and flavor of the meat!
