good shop I am willing to bet your dent was there. i was a kid and worked for steve years ago as a tech. This man is the most honest man and i dont even work there. the reason he told you to leave was because he doesnt want confrontation or to be lied too. i can say i deal with people like you everyday and would have still charged you for detail. Do NOT take your car here I brought my car in for detailing. While the car was in their car they dented and scartched the passenger side of the car in both the front fender and rear fender. The scratches were clearly new and clearly happened while at their shop. Steve Burdolski refused to accept responsibility for the mishap and did not remedy the situation in anyway. RecommendedThis is a home grown KC company run by very sweet and hard-working individuals! The first time I met them was for some very complex work on replacing a door, that they executed flawlessly! Then months later I came back for a small sensor issue that they fixed in under an hour. During the COVID shutdown, they have the safety of employees and customers completely in mind with all workers wearing masks and cleaning precautions being taken. Love this shop, highly recommend to any in the KC area!!!
