I called Mike about a problem with the outlets in the bathrooms. He asked pertinent questions and we set up a service call. Mike had me send him a photo of the breaker box. A short while later we talked and he suggested checking the outdoor outlet. It had gotten wet after a big rainstorm. Great problem solving skills and he saved me a service charge. Excellent service!!

One night randomly all of the outlets in my four year-old daughter‘s room stopped working. I tried to fix it myself by going to the breaker and flipping it on and off, but nothing worked.
