Came in for the free piercings on Wednesdays. Came in at 2:30 and the store wasn’t very busy, and yet we weren’t helped nor even welcomed. We waited in line to be consulted and this women came in and was immediately helped and was even able to skip me and my three friends in line. We felt very unwelcomed and left soon after.
I got a forward helix piercing here this Wednesday, and was fitted with a 6mm post. The jewelry was so tight I have no room to clean and Within 4 days, the jewelry became extremely tight as the piercing swelled, making it difficult to clean and causing significant throbbing and discomfort. I wish more attention had been given to allowing room for swelling and providing aftercare support when problems arose. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me.
I brought my seven-year-old daughter here to get her ears pierced because I didn’t wanna use a piercing gun. The woman that purse pierced her ears did a horrific job. Her ear was pouring blood, and the piercing was so low on her earlobe and nearly ripped through the earlobe. She was not warm or friendly, and we had to take the earrings out to let her ears heal and try again. If you’re looking for a place to get your kids ears pierced do not come here.
The girl with the braids who apparently is the manager is rude, unprofessional, and has bad energy I would never want to be pierced by someone like her and they have no phone number to be able to get a refund. Don’t go here if she works here
After a week to think about my experience I rate my experience for the piercing boutique part of the shop 2-2.5/5 stars. I booked my appointment for free piercing wednesdays which waived the $15 piercing fee. For two jewelry flatbacks and a small can of neil med saline spray, my total came out to $235.
