The staff at Burdick Lexus service are absolutely amazing. Kept me in the loop the entire process and had a great price. They also completed the service on my LS430 in a timely manner. Keep it up, you guys and gals are awesome!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my car into Burdick Lexus for its 5K service, and the entire experience was excellent. Haley made scheduling simple and convenient. When I arrived, Michael checked me in and immediately addressed my noise concern—he even brought over the master technician to speak with me directly. Stellar service department, throughout the 25 years I've been driving RX SUVs from Burdick. Mike, the current service manager, is great to work with, explains everything clearly, checks with me after diagnosing things before proceeding. Prices are reasonable, the loaner vehicles are always good, and they'll squeeze you in if there's a pop-up problem. They'll also go to bat for you if there's something that they believe really shouldn't have failed though it is out of warranty -- absolutely awesome!
