As an attorney, I would think that he would be more careful when ranting about a topic that he isn''t well versed in. He recently wrote an article about a gentlemen who was shopping at a local store and happened to be carrying a sidearm as a means of protecting himself. The problem is that Mr Burdick acted like a bully when approaching the armed shopper, who was legally carrying. Clearly, the only law he cares about, is the laws that he approves of.
If he loathes someone so much, who has broken no laws (other than offend his feelz by walking by him carrying a gun, in a holster), that he feels the need to publically insult and ridicule (tiny wee wee. Really?), imagine his opinion of people who need his services. Criminal defense? I''d take my chances with the greenest of public defenders.
Mr Burdick seems to have difficulty maintaining objectivity, impulse control and respect the the constitutional rights of others-at least those rights with which he has a personal disagreement. If I were to ever need a criminal lawyer, I would look else where.
This guy has no respect for the Constitution or the United states of America he is a real tool
