They wont schedule a vehicle under warranty for a transmission concern because it was not purchased from them. Was told to try again in 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went, was told they were now too busy to schedule me. Asked to speak to the service manager, was told no. Asked to have the service manager call me after I was initially turned away, never received a call. Scheduled with Romano with no issues.
Great experience, love my car!
Friendly, professional, not pushy and honest. I would go there again.
