Braedyn was professional, curtious and fast.
Brought my 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali in for a inspection and recall. Have been going to them for years and haven't really had much issues besides long wait times. Got my vehicle back with a couple big scratches and gouges on my bumper. Service rep said it must've happened there and he would get it fixed. Manager called me back days later and said nope didn't happen here we reviewed videos. When I asked to look at videos he said we don't share our videos call a lawyer if you want to review them. I had a tire that was low in air and needed it checked out. I was met by Caryn who handled everything with a confident and gracious attitude! The tire was able to be repaired and it was done rather quickly. So value the care and attitude by Caryn. An excellent representative of Burdick Chevy! Thank you for a job well done!
