How is this is the only bmw dealership in upstate ny !!! Terrible place. They don’t know anything about cars . Especially classics. They refuse to work on older cars. They lack of knowledge and they suck. They always have an attitude and want to charge diagnostic charges for everything and they don’t fix your car . Rip off. Don’t go there , go to Long Island habberstand bmw they treat you right with respect and knowledgeable with every vehicle not limited.
I had a horrible experience with this service center They outrageously charged prices for the items which are not needed in order to make money and rip of customer. I was there for brake replacement and they added additional prices without notice Same thing happened to me when I went to look for ac issue , they did not do anything and sent me an invoice with the issue persisting.
Courteous, prompt and quick service. My adviser was very pleasant and professional. They washed my car. The BMW in Tampa had stopped doing that.
