I am absolutely love my 2027 X6! Gabe Horan at Burdick BMW processed my order, and it arrived last week in only 6 weeks. I had considered another dealership; however Gabe was extremely helpful and knowledgably, which swayed by decision. The entire process has greatly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Gabe and his dealership for your next BMW. This is my third X6, and my next car will be another one from Gabe!
I cannot recommend Berdick BMW based on my recent experience. For two weeks, this dealership had all of my paperwork while preparing for my vehicle delivery. Yet somehow, it wasn’t until I arrived to pick up my new BMW that they suddenly claimed they couldn’t process my Maine title. Minor collision on a brand new X5 fully covered by the other persons insurance. Reached out to BMW Burdick and they put me in touch with their collision center. Took 38 days to fix, even the insurance wouldn’t cover the rental anymore claiming they cant get a final date from the shop. When i complained the answer was simple. We BMW Burdick are not responsible since the collision shop is a different entity. Scott only called after I gave them a 0 star review on their corporate client satisfaction survey.
