Changing my review to 3 stars. While initially i was happy i got some free work done due to a special sulev warranty my engine had, they really did the bare minimum to get the check engine light off. All 6 spark plugs were completelty shot but i found out later they only swapped out one single plug with a cheap autolite off brand plug and left the other 5 worn out ones in. This led to the issue returning only a few months later where i had to change them myself and found out what they had done. Appreciate that they repaired ... read more
Brad was great. He was so helpful. He made it possible to get the documents signed even when my husband couldn’t go in. Brad took documents to my husband which made it so much easier when I went. He showed me how to use everything in the car. Definitely would recommend. Thank you so much.

I purchased a new BMW x1 M35i in March of 2025 from Burdick BMW in Cicero. This is the first BMW that I’ve owned in nearly 30 years as I experienced a myriad of problems and defects with the last ones that I’d owned. Today while getting gasoline I happened to notice that, amazing as it may sound, 2 of the 4 tail pipe covers have fallen off the car.
