Gabe Horan was my sales representative, extremely helpful and spent a good amount of time with me. I will be going back next week, he didn’t want to overwhelm me with every detail when I picked it up. I have been spending time viewing the digital owners manual which I downloaded. I have a lot to learn! This is my first BMW and it is a little overwhelming compared to the Hondas I’ve had before this. But I really think I will be very happy with it! The rest of the staff was also great…Nick, David and Zach.
