Great company! Complete honesty! Best shop in town! I was having issues on my explorer. I did not mind towing it across town for it to be checked out! Jimmy and Earl were great, they went the extra mile. Made sure it got inspected were respectful but honest with their opinions of what I should do. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car.
Once again, Burdick has saved the day. They go above and beyond every single time. Great customer service, very clear explanations, and quick repairs. They also have a new texting system where they send you a quote and explanation of your needed repairs. I loved this feature as it made it much easier to discuss repairs with my husband before giving Burdick the go ahead on everything. I trust Burdick completely and appreciate the professionalism, friendliness and honesty of all of their employees!
Love Burdick Auto. Professional, Kind and honest people go out of their way to make sure your car runs smoothly. They also give you options like needs to be fixed now, could wait a few months on this repair, needs to go back to the dealership, or a maintenance check in a year. This single momma is grateful for honest mechanics. You will not regret using them!
