We have purchased 2 travel trailers from Burdette and have had wonderful service-they even helped us get a roof replaced at no charge to us when it leaked. Getting ready to trade again-will definitely trade here.
We bought a 2010 Jayco from Burdette and wanting to upgrade. We went several places Saturday to look. We went to the Hurricane one first. The price of the one we were looking at was way out of range for this camper. When we told the salesman it was to much for this camper the sales representative got really rude. Nothing against the dealership at all. I bought a 2012 Palomino Puma 26rlss camper in Feb of this year, I am not happy with it at all. So far the furnace has needed repair and now the A/C unit isnt working. This will be the second time in two months I have had to take it back to the dealer, a 75 mile round trip. I am not a happy camper, THANKS FOREST RIVER!!!
