Really poor real estate company and would not recommend the agent Christie. Didn't return my bond back after my lease agreement and had very poor communication skills. Despite mentioning multiple times to get repairs done, they completely ignored my requests. Overall would not recommend.
Constant excellent and fast customer service. Great and friendly team within the office. Highly recommend renting through.
We drove 2 hours to view a property for sale, and the real estate agent Mark and Joe didn't meet us there, or let us know the reason for not attending. What a waste of time. Would not recommend selling your house with them, you'll miss out on a $2 million buyer.
Beware! Burdett and Batemans Bay Real Estate run and manage by the same people. It might be cheap but it will cost you lots of nerves! I had a great record previously with a different real estate agent before I signed a tenancy with this agency due to needed adequate room for me and my two kids. Despite being a good tenant and never had issues within the neighbourhood (as the neighbours told me) paid half of split AC (yes I did) cleaned the house throughly and hire a lawn mowing service prior to handing back the key, my bond... read more
