Extremely disappointing experience. The communication from this agency has been nothing short of appalling – calls and emails go unanswered for days (if at all), updates are rarely provided, and you’re constantly left chasing them just to get basic information. A real estate agency should make the process easier, not more stressful. Sadly, their lack of professionalism and accountability speaks volumes. Would not recommend to anyone.
Terrible communication, and lack of professionalism, over two weeks of calling the office and no response from agent
Really poor real estate company and would not recommend the agent Christie. Didn't return my bond back after my lease agreement and had very poor communication skills. Despite mentioning multiple times to get repairs done, they completely ignored my requests. Overall would not recommend.
Constant excellent and fast customer service. Great and friendly team within the office. Highly recommend renting through.
We drove 2 hours to view a property for sale, and the real estate agent Mark and Joe didn't meet us there, or let us know the reason for not attending. What a waste of time. Would not recommend selling your house with them, you'll miss out on a $2 million buyer.
