I would HIGHLY recommend Burden. I had an electrical issue and within three hours, Andy and Drew came out and fixed not only my original problem, but assisted me in four other issues I was concerned about. They were kind, professional, friendly, on time for the appointment and solved all my problems in less than an hour. Highly recommended! We’ve tried several companies and most don’t show up or do part of the job and never return after receiving our payment. These guys weren’t here 20 minutes and fixed our A/C! Thank you guys so very much! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!
Being a firm believer in supporting local businesses, I was lucky to find these guys. Not only did I find a local business but a family business. They were honest, courteous and respectful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and came in not a dime above their quote. I had a new breaker box installed and you could tell by the finished product that they took pride in their work. I will hire these guys again and again without hesitation...
These guys are great! The technician came out the day before Thanksgiving to see what was wrong with my heater. Unfortunately they had to order a part and with the holiday it took a little longer than usual to get it ordered and for the part to come in. But they came and got my heater up and running the same day they received the part. This is the second time I have used them, and they have been very friendly and efficient each time! I would definitely recommend them if you have issues with your heat or air!!
