Please don't book any new appointments here. The doctor is too busy to see any NEW patient whatever condition they are in. This is so painful. I tried to book an appointment for my daughter, and the person who's there told me that we were not seeing any new patients. So what is the meaning of the nearby medical centre to get help. Wow, what a service. And what a response I got on the phone.
Giving one star as the system does not give the option of ZERO stars. Terrible service, I went with my son for an emergency and was not attended because “the doctor was fully booked out”!! I reminded them that emergencies have priority, but my son was not attended in the end and we had to drive to the Blacktown Hospital to be treated. Terrible service!
