Had a bit of an emergency this morning having to leave for Townsville and our car wouldn't start. Within 5 minutes the guys were out to test the battery, give us a jump and get us going again! Great service ☺️
Highly recommend these guys amazing service and great help
I found Maria to be so very lovely and most helpful indeed, nothing was to much trouble, and the communication was first class.
Our experience with Burdekin Motor Group was great, they were welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to deal with, we would fully recommend this dealership to anyone in need of mechanical services. We went in with an error light, no prior appointment and they went out of their way to find and fix the problem as promptly as was possible.
Thanks to the service team for going above and beyond expectations. Such a fantastic experience.
