Brought a run out 2023 Mazda BT-50 from Ray Fola. Noticed a lot of excess buffing polish when I done the pre delivery inspection but couldn't see any flaws in the paint. After the second wash when the polish started to come off, I started to notice pitting in the paint on the bonnet and roof. The dealership obviously tried to hide the pitting by filling them with a wax/polish. It appears Ray sells the mazdas other dealerships reject as run out models. It's a big no and never again for Ray Fola and Mazda from me.
The sales personnel are wonderful, helpful, I recommend Ray he is a true gentleman. Service department is outstanding.
I had engine troubles in my 2008 bt50 and they made time to get me back on the road on a Friday afternoon
Not very helpful. Would not sell me 1L of coolant for my BT50 but would sell me 5L for $155.
A big shout out to Cameron in Spare Parts. We were stranded in Gumlu on Saturday morning, 600klm from home, just before midday, closing time. Although the required spare was not available in store Cameron went the extra yards and phoned around locating the required part for us in Townsville. His initiative resulted in us getting home that night, rather than being stranded until Monday. Much appreciated and worthy of commendation.
