I am beyond impressed with the quality and speedy service provided by Pat from Burch’s Spas. Within just a few days of contacting Pat, he was at my home diagnosing the leaking issue with my spa. In less than an hour he had fixed the leak, explained what had happened and what he did and then asked if I was having any other issues that needed to be addressed while he was there. I have bought 2 hot tubs from Pat through the years. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the inner workings of spas and he is always there to help. Consider Burch’s Spa the best spot in Chester County to buy a spa without the high overhead prices of others.
I have to say a "Big thank you to Burch's Spas & Hot Tubs" . Although it was not my intention, Pat basically walked me through my entire hot tub repair just before a deep freeze. This was all done with no benefit to him. It's a rarity to find people of this Caliber, that are willing to help out because its the right thing to do. I would not hesitate to recommend Pat to all my family and friends for their spa needs. Thanks again!
