Recently relocated to Grant's Pass from out of state and had to visit local medical clinic and chose Valley Immediate Care for a chg in medicine. Was seen by Chelsea Burchette on 1/21 and was very impressed by this facility and specially Chelsea. She was wonderful and went above and beyond call of duty. Couple of days later made a call for a question and Chelsea called me back within an hour. Will continue to use and recommend this facility in the future. Thank you
