Very helpful. Ended up being able to fix a edger problem in 30 minutes. They had a long wait list around 4 weeks but were able to help me then and there and really saved me some time. Very appreciative for the good deed!
Excellent service as always. I have never had anything but a good experience with this shop in the 5+ years I've been dealing with them. My old Husqvarna riding lawn mower has never run better then when I got it back today after a tune up and replacing the back hubs. Took a few weeks to get some back ordered parts in for the hubs but can't blame the shop for lack of dealer parts available. Thanks again .

As many of the previous have stated, I experienced absolutely terrible customer service. I spoke to a woman at the counter which led to one of the most condescending and rude interactions I have ever had. I felt like I had to beg her to help me. I have a Husqvarna chainsaw that is fairly new but has had issues starting. I reached out to the manufacturer and was given this address to have the chainsaw serviced. Bad experience here, very rude, wouldn’t take responsibility for a bad repair that cause oil gas to ruin clothes and spill all over a clients limestone steps. I didn’t ask for any compensation, I just wanted my equipment fixed properly. I had to go back a number of times and they never finished the job. I am editing to respond to your response.
