Bad experience here, very rude, wouldn’t take responsibility for a bad repair that cause oil gas to ruin clothes and spill all over a clients limestone steps. This post is for my mother-in-law who is 84 years old. There seems to be an ongoing problem with customer service when there is an issue to resolved. Evidently the secretary or customer service manager gets extremely irritated and has a bad habit of hanging up on customers. I sent my John Deere last season to be serviced. No problem. This season I sent it and put $600 on a new mower part. Got it back. It would not start. I bought a new battery. Then I could not engage the mower. I could start it and ride around.
