0/10 would I recommend calling these guys to fix anything. I tried for 3 weeks just to get scheduled to look and see if anything could be done but never could get scheduled. I was always getting the run around when I could finally get someone to answer the phone and when I could just so happen to catch someone actually at the store right off 23. One week I was told I couldn’t be scheduled because the office manager said I had to talk to his dad and that he’d have him call me. (Why couldn’t the office manager schedule me?) Wh... read more
Customer service is not adequate.
Service men were very respectful and knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied with my heat pump and service. Had a few hiccups along the way and they didn’t try to up-charge.
Always had excellent and timely service!!
