Please be very careful with this SCAM Take a £100 bond, mess me about all week over a property I wanted to rent and after I've sorted a place with RIGHT MOVE.... this shower have refused to return my bond money. They lie, steal and find this funny. They break the data protection act which we have email evidence, they only have ONE office phone between two of them and NO mobile so don't answer the 14 called I made on the Friday and 4 on the Saturday before this lot finally answered........I WILL be getting my money back of th... read more

Can't fault these guys for their mortgage services, they are very good. After that however they are totally clueless. Somehow they know less about the progress of a sale than you and will ask YOU for updates instead of vice versa. I'm trying to buy and rather than telling me what the holdup with the seller is they ask me if anything has progressed. I am a month past the original exchange date and still feel in limbo. My experience here started off well but just went downhill from there unfortunately.
