Burcham was absolutely a pleasure to work with. My family had our system go out in December with really cold weather coming in. Cody was able to get and install a Rheem unit for us before the weather set in. It has been installed for 6 months now and I couldn't be happer with the service or the product. Cody even went the extra mile to make it look really nice from the road very! Highly recommend.
Cody Tittle did work on my air conditioner at my house and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and an overall great guy! I called after I saw that it froze up, and he talked me through possible options and was at my house the very next day. He made sure my wife and I were going to be cool in the hot days. He even gave advice on how to make sure what happened with our unit before doesn’t happen again. Very very honest and I’ll always use Cody for anything I have in the future!
Cody came right away, and after checking out our unit, he knew exactly what we needed. He followed up and got us going. We definitely recommend Burcham Valley Service Group!
