It broke while I was in the bay getting the first rinse. I called number I found on the internet, left a voicemail but no one called me back.
The machine didn't want to work or take quarters. The guy had to come out and fix the wire that was blocking the mechanism.
Had a bad experience, but customer service made up for it. Put money in slot. The water did not turn on. I called customer service. Left a message. They called me back. After explaining my problem, I had to return to the car wash to get a refund. They were apologetic. They gave me a refund & free future car wash tokens.
