The doctor is always on vacation and after something preventable took a pets life because the “dr was on vacation” and apparently still is after 17 days of calling an no call back or response on to what happened to a 4year old cat that was healthy needing a routine easy procedure as were told resulted in him being euthanized and charged for services not done to help him. Had to bring my 13 year old male dog in for staples this past weekend. I got an appointment quickly. The techs listened to my concerns / requests for how I wanted my dog treated based on his specific health needs. The vet came out to make sure it was feasible and they agreed. The price was reasonable for an emergency visit. They did a stellar job with every client I saw pass through the office. Polite, courteous, and prompt.
