My family has seen Dr Burch for years! She’s the best!!
Dr Burch and Rebecca are very sweet and nice, and so are the ladies up front that check you in and out.
No complaints at all. Everyone was friendly. Explained things well.
She comes off very snobby and uncaring. Spent maybe 5 minutes with me and acted as though I was burdening her by being there. She acted like I was beneath her.
Was not very friendly, did not explain conditions well. Overall, just Didn't trust the providers. Poor bed side manners I will not be returning. I'm not paying someone to make me feel uncared for. Oh there was one good thing tho, Office staff very Friendly!
My initial experience was well. My issue with the practice comes in when I left 3 messages about the prescription not helping. No one called me back, so I went in person, I still heard from no one more. They definitely didn't waste time billing me though. I went in today 11/14 and the receptionist requested payment, I told her I wasn't planning to pay before seeing the Dr. She said she'd have to reschedule me. I told her not to bother that I wouldn't be back! Complete waste of time and money
