Came in here excited to find suits for our wedding. We were not greeted, and once the worker came out of the back he had AirPods in and didn’t even acknowledge us. We walked up to the store worker and told him we didn’t really know what we were looking for and wanted some guidance he said “well i mean open your eyes and look around” in an extremely rude tone and scoffed at us. Tuxedo sizes were completely botched for multiple members of the wedding party. And when people called, Lance and other staff were incredibly rude to more than one person. I was able to hear two of these incidents and wish I had recorded them. We tried to use local vendors for my daughter’s wedding but rest assured, I will NEVER use Mr. Birch Formal Wear again.
I had a great experience when I went here for a tux rental. Even with a busy store in the prime of formal and prime season the staff was very friendly. Tux was ready on time and looked great. Will definitely be retuning in the future
