RecommendedI'm from Chicago. While visiting Hilton for the Apple Festival, we bought a couple half-bushels of apples--Cortlands and Empires--on Sep 30. Just last weekend, we saw Cortlands from Michigan in the grocery store here, and bought one apple for a taste test. My wife and I agree: the Hilton Cortland won hands down, despite it being a month old. Good apples!

The strawberries were so much better than store bought. Great place to go picking with the family. I love supporting local farms. Can't wait for the cherries, blueberries and peaches!
