Recently brought a 4oz 22/400 boston bottle with compatible 22/400 treatment pumps. The tubes of the treatment pumps doesnt event reach the base of the bottle and suck the liquid out. Reached out to customer service and was given an irresponsible answer - "thats how the product is, we cannot do much about it". So essentially they have a defective item and charged me for it.
