Careful if Using for Roofing – I contacted Burch Better Homes in Ankeny as 1 of 5 bids for doing my roof. They came in as the low bid for the job. I contacted Mr. Burch to get a contract from him. He sent it for $6,050. I left messages for him that I wanted them to do the roof. Two weeks later he still had not contacted me.
