Brought a ford connect van from birch autos-- big mistake... From day one of receiving the van major problem with the front of the van steering pulling side to side I did take the van back to birch autos as they say if your not happy in the first 7 days your get a refund total lies i was told I would have to pay a fee because they setup the finance & time wasted which is against the law. From the moment I arrived to view the car, to taking the car for a test drive to purchasing the car, everyone was fantastic and can't thank the guys enough! After having problems with my own car they held onto the car for a few extra days, would 100% recommend 👌🏻 👍
