Joe is just simply top notch! He is friendly - always has time to talk, honest - explains exactly what was wrong and what he did, lets me know if a repair needs immediate attention or if it can wait a bit, personable, efficient and professional. I highly recommend him.
I could not be more happy with Burch Auto Repair, I've worked with Joe ever since buying a few older vehicles and he's not only kept them alive and in working order, but has always been very honest about what's necessary and what can be done later, or never - what more can you ask for really? Other than quality work, which Joe also does!
