Once again an honest and fair priced repair from Burch Auto. 100% transparent on what was a safety issue for repair and what wasn’t needed right away but would be needed down the road.
What wonderful service! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. They even changed a fuse for us free of charge, simply to help us when our kids were stuck in a van with no rear air conditioning. It is so refreshing to see a business that genuinely cares about its customers. I would highly recommend them!
