Our weight room area has an excellent selection of plate loaded and select weight equipment, as well as a cardio area equipped with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals etc. We aim to provide a clean and friendly atmosphere.

Best gym in town if you want to train. The owners have helped me like family would. Most amound of impliments, bars, selection and the atmopher just days train.
Burbine’s Gym – Amherst, NS May 2025- July 2025 Great spot for anyone serious about weightlifting and fitness. The gym has excellent machines, everything you need for a solid workout, and it’s always kept very clean. I really appreciate the 24-hour access with a key fob, which makes it convenient and private no matter what time of day you train.
